Hello you beauty, we are Seattle Compassion Services, a 501(c)(3) charity founded in February 2019 (EIN 83-3667138). Seattle Compassion is co-founded by brother and sister tandem, Eric and Christina Duechle, and lifted up by cheery volunteers and the hearty homelessness providers of King County.
Our mission is to house 2,000 King County homeless by the end of 2026. Our vision is to bring the King County homeless count below the state of emergency levels achieved in 2015, when our homeless count swelled to more than 10,000 living on the streets.
Our services include case management, serving hot meals, resource tables, community cleanup and policy change to best serve the needs of the homeless. We are proud to say, since COVID-19 we have served over 900 meals, and provided over 30 resource table stations, with food, water, clothes and hygiene products.
The money you donate will go to case management services, dire situation acts of kindness, weekly meals, necessities (like phone cards, shoes, etc.), and community cleanup projects. With a $30 donation, we can buy a sleeping bag for someone sleeping on the street. Your donation will help provide critical, life-saving resources.
We would love it if you would donate, volunteer, or share this fundraiser so we go viral! Seattle Compassion Services pledges to utilize funds to change the homeless state of emergency in King County, and elevate the station of homeless in our community.
Thank you for your consideration and have a blessed day.
